- 1 pound skinless chicken thighs (chopped 1-inch cubes)
- 3 tablespoons coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 shallot (minced)
- Soak the Bamboo skewers in water for at least half an hour.
- If you don’t have bamboo skewers, you can replace it with metal ones too.

1) Pick a mixing bowl and add in all the ingredients fish sauce, coconut milk, garlic, shallot, curry powder, chilli flakes and salt. Stir them well so that all these ingredients blend well.
